Awake

Take a look at the beings surrounding you, if you will, and today, see how the love of Christ in you can make their lives better. Surely some word spoken from your lips or some smile in response to a frown, or some touch on the hand or arm or shoulder of a friend could enrich them. I speak to myself, really. It's not something that comes naturally from our flesh - our minds constantly wish to absorb and occupy themselves with our own problems, concerns, fears, etc.

But look outside and smile and let the Son shine out. My challenge to myself today. Join me if you like.
